Changes in refund policy
We have the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to keep yourself informed with the latest edition of the Startup-pal's Refund Policy. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email.
No Refunds
All subscription payments made to Startup-pal are non-refundable, regardless of usage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation.
Access Until End of Subscription Period
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to Startup-pal until the end of your current billing period.
After the billing period expires, your account will automatically be downgraded to the free/basic plan (if available) or deactivated.
Trial Period
We provide a 14-day free trial (where applicable) so you can evaluate our product before making a payment. Once you subscribe, payments are final and non-refundable.
Failed Payments
In case of failed or declined payments, Startup-pal reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access until the payment is successfully processed.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in rare cases of billing errors or duplicate charges. In such situations, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
